Senior Civil Judge Qudratullah read out the indictment in the court room.


Rawalpindi: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi have been charged in the illegal marriage case.
According to the details, District and Sessions Court Senior Civil Judge Qudratullah in Adiala Jail heard the illegal marriage case related to the founder of PTI and Bushra Bibi. The judge read out the indictment in the court room.
PTI founder was present in the court room at the time of indictment., while, the court expressed indignation at the absence of Bushra Bibi.
Defense lawyers pleaded to approve Bushra Bibi's request for immunity.
It should be noted that yesterday in the illegal marriage case, Bushra Bibi and founder of Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan could not be charged.
During the hearing, Bushra Bibi's lawyer Usman Gul filed a one-day immunity application which was opposed by the prosecution lawyer Rizwan Abbasi.
