This operation has done in response of the previous attack on Balochistan by Iran.


Islamabad: Pakistan has launched an operation named Marg Bar Sarmachar against Iran in response to the strikes in Balochistan that left two children dead and injured three girls.
The spokesperson of the Foreign Office Mumtaz Zahra Baloch stated that Pakistan targeted the particular hideouts of terrorists in Sistan, Iran. The terrorists were living in the deprived areas of Iran.
Mumtaz Baloch said: “Due to the lack of action on serious concerns, the so-called Sarmachar continued to shed the blood of innocent Pakistanis. This operation is to show Pakistan's unwavering commitment to protect and defend national security against all threats”.
She further said that dossiers having solid evidence of the presence of terrorists and their activities were also shared with Iran. Pakistan will continue to take significant steps to protect the national security.
The statement issued by the Foreign Office also said that Pakistan fully respects the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Iran, the only purpose of this operation was to gain its own security and national interest of Pakistan. No compromise can be made on national interest of Pakistan.
Mumtaz also said that Pakistan upholds the principles and objectives of the United Nations Charter, the principles of the UN Charter includes territorial integrity and sovereignty of member states, Pakistan will never allow its sovereignty and territorial integrity to be challenged.
Adding on, she said that Iran is a brother country and the Pakistani people have respect and love towards Iranian. Continuing, Pakistan fully respects the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
Earlier, Iran carried out missile and drone attacks in the border area of Balochistan. On this, Pakistan strongly condemned the attack in Balochistan, calling it a violation of Pakistan's sovereignty and against bilateral relations and also stated that the entire responsibility for this attack rests with Iran.
It is to be noted that in response to the attack on Balochistan, Pakistan called back Masood Tipu, the ambassador posted in Iran and expelled the Iranian ambassador.
