Khanewal: Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) gears up for a significant display of political strength in Khanewal today, ahead of the general elections on February 8.
According to the details, PML-N’s chief organizer Maryam Nawaz is scheduled to address a public gathering in Khanewal at 2:00pm with extensive preparations underway to warmly welcome her on arrival in the city.
PML-N’s pubic meeting will be held in Railway Ground, decorated with the party flags and images of PML-N leaders. Strict security measures have been put in place to ensure a secure environment for the event.
It is important to mention that PML-N has nominated Muhammad Khan Daha for National Assembly constituency NA-145, Rana Salim Hanif for Punjab Assembly constituency PP-211 and Osama Fazal for PP-206 in upcoming elections.
In his initial elections 2024 campaign gathering in Hafizabad on Thursday, PML-N supremo Nawaz Sharif stated that he was removed from office by five Supreme Court (SC) judges simply because he denied accepting salary from his son.
Nawaz asserted that if he had not been expelled from his position, the country would have been freed from gas load shedding, inflation and unemployment.
