Islamabad: The details of sensitive and most-sensitive polling stations for the upcoming general elections 2024 have been released, reportedly.
According to the media reports, the security agencies have compiled the data of sensitive polling stations in the three constituencies of Islamabad. 990 polling stations will be established in the three constituencies of Islamabad in total.
It is also reported that special branch and security agencies have compiled a record of sensitive and most sensitive polling stations, out of which 78 polling stations in three constituencies of Islamabad have been declared sensitive, while these 78 sensitive polling stations have been included in three categories.
17 sensitive polling stations are included in category A while 28 are included in category B and 33 sensitive polling stations are included in category C.
158 polling stations will be established jointly in the three constituencies of Islamabad, while the special branch has sent the report of sensitive polling stations to the police for security plan.
