According to the details, Additional Sessions Judge Abdul Ghafoor Kakar rejected the application of 22 A.


Islamabad: The District and Sessions Court rejected the plea for registration of the case against the witnesses of the illegal marriage. The plea to register a case against Mufti Saeed, Khawar Manika and Awn Chaudhry was dismissed.
According to the details, Additional Sessions Judge Abdul Ghafoor Kakar rejected the application of 22 A. The petitioner Waseem had filed the application for registration of the case.
It should be noted that on January 16, charges were filed against the former prime minister and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) founder Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi in the illegal marriage case.
In Adiala Jail, the illegal marriage case related to founder PTI and Bushra Bibi was heard. The indictment was read out in the courtroom by Senior Civil Judge Qudratullah.
PTI founder was present in the court room at the time of indictment.
