Iranian Foreign Minister reaches Islamabad
On this occasion, discussions are also expected to improve diplomatic relations to avoid Pak-Iran tension.
Islamabad: Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian Sunday arrived in Islamabad.
During the visit, he will meet Caretaker Prime Minister Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar and Foreign Minister Jalil Abbas Jilani.
Hossein Amir-Abdollahian will discuss several important issues including the recent Pak-Iran tension, safe havens for banned groups and border management.
On this occasion, discussions are also expected to improve diplomatic relations to avoid Pak-Iran tension.
According to Foreign Office, Hossein Amir-Abdollahian will meet the officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as well as security officials during his visit.
According to the media reports, during the visit, the killing of nine Pakistani citizens in Iran will also be considered.
It is pertinent to note that Iran's foreign minister arrived in Islamabad in a special plane on Sunday night as per his schedule to visit Pakistan.
