Indian stand-up comedian Munawar Faruqui win title of Bigg Boss 17
Munawar Faruqui’s win was celebrated not only by his fans but also by the entire Bigg Boss family.

Mumbai: The renowned Indian stand-up comedian Munawar Faruqui won the title of reality show Bigg Boss 17.
According to Indian media reports, the drama-filled 'Bigg Boss 17' season ended with a spectacular grand finale and five finalists Ankita Lokhande, Munawar Faruqui, Manara Chopra, Abhishek Kumar, and Arun Mehshetty battled it out for the title which was won by stand-up comedian Manoor Farooqui.
Munawar Faruqui won the title of season 17 and was awarded a prize money of INR5 million, a car and the Bigg Boss trophy while Abhishek Kumar was the runner-up.
The finalist members' families, friends and former housemates were also present for the finale.
After a heart-wrenching wait, show host and well-known Bollywood actor Salman Khan first announced the third runner-up, Ankita Lokhande, after which Manara Chopra and Abhishek Kumar were announced as the second and first runners-up respectively.
Later, Salman declared Munawar the winner of Bigg Boss 17 after which the stand-up comedian was overcome with emotion.
Munawar Faruqui’s win was celebrated not only by his fans but also by the entire Bigg Boss family.

It is pertinent to note that this season of Bigg Boss started on October 16, 2023 in which Ankita Lokhande, Abhishek Kumar, Munawar Farooqui, Manara Chopra and Arun Mishetti were among the top five contestants of the show.
