Bajaur: The election activities were suspended across the district amid murder of an independent Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) candidate named Rehan Zeb Khan from National Assembly Constituency NA-8 and Provincial Assembly Constituency PK-22 of Bajaur.
According to the details, candidates of all political parties stopped their election campaign. Rehan's uncle Hazrat Gul said that we have no claim on the people who named the murderers of his nephew.
Therefore, the funeral prayers of the deceased Rehan will be offered today (Thursday) in Barshah Nare.
Police stated that 3 people were also injured in the incident while on the other hand, the Patwari was suspended for violating the election code of conduct in Kirk.
