Dubai: Renowned Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt turned out to be a huge fan of the legendary cricketer and former Pakistani captain also known as Swing of Sultan Wasim Akram.

According to the details, in an event Sanjay Dutt praised Wasim Akram and said: “I consider it an honor to be here with Wasim Akram. He is my brother whom I have known for so many years.”

He stated that among the greatest cricketers he has seen in his life, Wasim Akram is one of them. Everyone was afraid of Wasim's reverse swing.

It should be noted that Wasim Akram is the first Pakistani and the second international bowler to take more than 500 wickets in one day cricket international (ODI) and took 502 wickets in 356 one-day matches.

Wasim represented the national team in 104 Tests, 356 ODIs and 5 T20 matches in his 19-year career from November 1984 to June 2003.

Therefore, Swing Sultan played an important role in Pakistan winning the World Cup in 1992 and was named Man of the Match in the final against England.
