Islamabad: The Davis Cup tie between Pakistan and India will begin today and continued till tomorrow (Sunday).
According to the details, Pakistani tennis star Aisam-ul-Haq said that though it will be a tough competition with India but Pakistani team can defeat anyone.
He said that the Indian team plays well on the grass court but there is also a possibility that he will play the singles competition as well.
Tennis star said that now all eyes are on Davis Cup, the fans should support us. Politics should not be brought into sports, hoping that the Indian cricket team will come to Pakistan to play the Champions Trophy.
Moreover, Pakistani tennis player Aqeel Khan stated that there is a lot of talent among the young players.
Indian tennis team coach Zeeshan Ali remarked that we are being taken care in Pakistan, Pakistan-India competition will be tough and we would try our best to win this.
Indian coach further said that there should be a bilateral tennis series between Pakistan and India.
