PTI has said in the petition that the Election Commission does not have the authority to review intra-party elections.

Islamabad: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has filed a review petition in the Supreme Court (SC) against the verdict to withdraw the election symbol of bat.
According to the details, in the petition on behalf of PTI, the Supreme Court has been requested to review the January 13 decision of the intra-party elections.
The petition stated that the Supreme Court should review the decision and restore the decision of the Peshawar High Court. The intra-party elections were conducted as per the party constitution.
