She stated that she wants to be sentenced in Adiala Jail just like any common prisoner, all citizens are equal in the eyes of the law.
Islamabad: Bushra Bibi has approached Islamabad High Court (IHC) for transfer to Adiala Jail in Tosha Khana case.
According to the details, Bushra Bibi has requested in her petition that the notification of January 31 declaring Bani Gala as a sub-jail be annulled.
She stated that she wants to be sentenced in Adiala Jail just like any common prisoner, all citizens are equal in the eyes of the law.
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) founder's wife further said that while other political workers are in jails with prisoners, transfer to Bani Gala Sub Jail is against equal rights.
She remarked that after waiting in Adiala Jail from 10 am to 9 pm on January 31, she was transferred to Bani gala residence as sub jail.
