Islamabad: The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) Thursday extended the voting time at three polling stations in two constituencies.
According to the announcement made by ECP, the time has been extended by two hours at the three polling stations of NA-62 Gujarat and PP-28 Gujarat.
The time has been extended at polling stations 250, 304 and 338 of NA-62 Gujarat and PP-28 Gujarat.
It is pertinent to note that earlier the officials of Election Commission said that the voting time will remain till 5:00pm after which the doors of all the polling stations will be closed.
Officials of the ECP stated that the people in the premises of the polling station can cast their votes till 5 o'clock.
According to the officials of Election Commission, the unofficial results of the election will be broadcast after 6:00 pm.
