Islamabad: President of Pakistan Arif Alvi has approved the resignation of Lahore High Court’s (LHC) judge Justice Shahid Jamil.
According to the details, after the approval of Arif Alvi Secretary law has issued a notification regarding Shahid’s resignation.
It is to be noted that Shahid Jamil has sent his resignation to President Alvi one week ago. Shahid Jamil has given his resignation amid personal matters yet he was about to be retired in 2029.
Justice Shahid Jamil was appointed in 2014 in LHC as a judge.
