Bilawal expresses disinterest on becoming PM in this situation

Lahore: Chairman Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Bilawal Bhutto while talking to Central Executive Committee (CEC) members said that he himself does not want to become the Prime Minister in this situation.

The CEC members stated that the first right to rule belongs to the one who won the most seats. Instead of joining hands with Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), they should be a part of the opposition.

‘In order to save the democratic system, they can support PML-N but should not participate in the government,’ added the members.

Bilawal Bhutto chaired the meeting of the Central Executive Committee, however Asif Ali Zardari attended the meeting only for a short time.

The leadership of the Peoples Party did not reveal the details of the contribution of the PML-N to the government.

It is also reported that the council members were not taken into confidence regarding what PML-N offered to Peoples Party.

Notably, the second round of the central executive meeting of the PPP will be held today (Tuesday) afternoon at Zardari House Islamabad at 3 o'clock.
