Woman intimidate case: Court reserves verdict of Imran’s plea

Islamabad: The district and session court has reserved the verdict of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) founder Imran Khan’s production plea in the woman intimidation case.
According to the details, civil judge Mureed Abbas has heard the case of woman intimidation against Imran Khan.
Imran Khan’s lawyer Khalid Yousaf Chaudhry stated that Imran Khan is under arrest in Adiala jail so he should be present here.
Judge Mureed inquired that it was your first plea in which you have said that Imran has got serious security issues due to which he was not be appeared in court.
Khalid Yousaf replied that it was a plea before Imran’s arrest when he got security issues.
Therefore, civil judge said that then we would give a verdict on your first plea and summoned Imran Khan.
Lawyer Khalid further said that it is now the responsibility of state to present him in court so the court should present Imran.
