Islamabad: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) will give verdict regarding the three constituencies of national assembly’s NA-46, NA-47 and NA-48 results today (Thursday).
According to the details, Chief Justice of IHC stated that the court cannot give any direction to Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) yet the observation can be given to ECP.
Moreover, the verdict would be on a plea to dismiss the notification of candidates’ victory on national assembly’s seats.
It should be noted that Shoaib Shaheen, Ali Bukhari and Amir Mughal filed requests against ECP’s notification regarding the victory of candidates.
