Arshad Khan said that he does not know anything about it yet he will take information about it and tell the court afterwards.

Islamabad: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has heard the plea of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) backed independent candidate Salman Akram Raja against the victory of Istehkam Pakistan Party's (IPP) leader Aun Chaudhry in NA-128.
According to the details, Chief Justice Aamir Farooq heard the case during which Election Commission’s Director General (DG) of law Arshad Khan was also present.
CJ Aaamir stated that he assured to Arshad Khan that the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) did not discuss this matter with him before the notification of Aun’s victory.
He said that there is already a plea in the ECP’s office which is under the hearing procedure so it should be heard firstly.
Court asked that if ECP has heard this plea and given the verdict in Aun’s favor then what would be next?
DG law replied that ECP should correct itself. Salman told the court that in his case the consolidation was not done.
Court inquired that when the Lahore High Court (LHC) gave verdict to issue the notice of the applicant and do consolidation then what happened.
Arshad Khan said that he does not know anything about it yet he will take information about it and tell the court afterwards.
CJ Aamir asked Arshad to just calm down and inquired that he might need some water. Aamir Farooq said that Arshad should take some directions from ECP first and then this case will be heard in afternoon.
Therefore, the court postpones the hearing of Aun’s victory case for a while.
