Islamabad: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Asad Qaiser said that his conversation with media was portrayed in a negative way yesterday, and they are not in favor of any foreign country's interference and statement in internal affairs including elections.
According to the details, such news was circulating yesterday that PTI founder Imran Khan has demanded the United States to raise its voice on the rigging of elections in Pakistan.
Barrister Saif while talking to the media stated that Imran Khan said that US has time to correct its mistakes, cosmetic statements will not work, they should raise its voice vigorously.
Now in this regard, Qaiser gave an explanation that a wrong impression is being created from their media conversation yesterday as it was presented out of context.
He said that there are objections to the election results, ‘but we are demanding justice from the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) and our judicial system’.
Asad Qaiser continued to say that they are not in favor of any foreign country interfering and making statements in internal affairs including elections. ‘I am also not in favor of statements made by foreign elements regarding our internal affairs,’ he added.
