Salman Akram Raja said that their workers were being picked up every day in the election campaign, it was an open attack on democracy.

Islamabad: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), which has accused of rigging the general elections, Friday held a press conference in Islamabad to present Form-45 to the international media.
In this press briefing held for the international media at the Marriott Hotel, a video was also shown of Form-45 being placed in front of the journalists.
PTI spokesperson Hasan Rauf said at the beginning of the briefing that Election 2024 will always be remembered because of rigging. Election fraud was done against PTI-backed candidates. Their 85 seats were rigged and turnout was low in many constituencies but votes were high.
Hasan Rauf stated: ‘The candidates who won in Form-45 lost in Form 47. There is a big difference in the votes cast in the national and provincial assemblies. The form-45 we have is different from form-47. We have filed petitions related to election excuses in 46 seats’.
The spokesperson added that PTI won 177 seats out of which 92 seats were given to them. Of the other seats, data is available for 46 while data is being collected for 29 seats.
According to Hasan Rauf, PTI collected this data with the help of three benchmarks. During this time, PTI also showed some fake videos to the international media.
PTI leader Shandana Gulzar stated: “PTI got 36 million votes from Punjab, Election Act 92 was violated in the election results. We won 155 seats from Punjab, but only 55 were given. Our mandate was also stolen on the three seats of Islamabad”.
PTI got 250,000 votes from Karachi and Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) got 700,000 votes but PTI could get 157 seats in National Assembly while JI did not get even one seat. PTI got 36 million votes from Punjab. Rehana Dar was winning till night but Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz’s (PML-N) Khawaja Asif was declared victorious in the morning. Shoaib Shaheen was winning from National Assembly Constituency NA-47 but Tariq Fazal was declared winner. Shehryar Afridi was winning from NA-56 but Hanif Abbasi was declared winner.
Salman Akram Raja said that their workers were being picked up every day in the election campaign, it was an open attack on democracy, they took away the ‘bat’ symbol from them, but the people took a historic decision in favor of PTI.
The people were put in more trouble by taking the party sign before the election. Independent candidates were also not allowed to campaign. All measures was used before the election, added Salman Akram.
Salman, who contested the election against Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party (IPP) leader Aun Chaudhry, said that he was winning with 100,000 votes lead in his constituency. His wife was in the office as a polling agent and was thrown out.
