SHC rejects appointment of IG prison Sindh
The applicant’s Lawyer further said that Munawar got 20th grade whereas the IG jail’s post is for 21th grade officer.
Karachi: Sindh High Court (SHC) has rejected to appoint Munawar Ali Shah as Inspector General (IG) jail.
According to the details, a plea has been heard in SHC against to hire Munawar Ali.
The applicant stated that the government has given the temporary charge to Munawar Ali as IG jail previously and that charge has been changed as permanent employee.
There are also some senior officers who are more senior than the current IG jail and this is injustice to them.
The applicant’s Lawyer further said that Munawar got 20th grade whereas the IG jail’s post is for 21th grade officer.
Court acceded the statement of the applicant and canceled the notification to hire Munawar Shah as IG jail.
