Punjab Assembly meeting: Newly elected member to take oath

Lahore: The meeting of Punjab Assembly has been convened tomorrow (Friday)morning.

The Punjab Assembly meeting will be held tomorrow at 10:00am in which the newly elected members will take oath.

It is pertinent to note that Punjab Assembly is the first provincial assembly which has been convened after the general elections held on February 8 in the country.

Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) is the party in Punjab Assembly with the highest number of seats with 137 members, while independent candidates are at the second position. Many independent candidates have also announced to join the PML-N.
