ECP makes proposed schedule for Senate elections
The polling for the Senate elections will be held in mid-March.
Islamabad: The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) prepared the proposed schedule for the Senate elections, which will be released after the approval of the commission.
According to the details, the polling for the Senate elections will be held in mid-March. The proposed schedule has been sent to the commission for approval.
It is pertinent to note that out of the total 100 seats in the Senate, 53 seats will be vacant, while elections will be held in mid-March after the formation of assemblies on 49 seats.
