Shahid Kapoor reveals about quitting smoking
Actor Shahid said that he gave up smoking a few years ago after the birth of his daughter Misha,


Mumbai: Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor revealed that he quit smoking for the sake of his daughter Misha.
Shahid Kapoor appeared in Bollywood actress Neha Dhupia's popular chat show 'No Filter Neha' during which the actress asked him about quitting smoking.
Responding to the question, actor Shahid said that he gave up smoking a few years ago after the birth of his daughter Misha, before that he used to smoke cigarettes secretly from his daughter.
Shahid stated: “I gave up the habit of smoking because I didn't want to smoke anymore in secret from my daughter, actually that was the only reason why I stopped smoking”.
The Bollywood superstar added that one day he was smoking cigarettes secretly from his daughter, suddenly it occurred to him that he will not do that anymore, that was the day he decided to quit smoking.
It is pertinent to note that actor Shahid Kapoor married Meera Rajput in 2015 and they have two children, son Zain and daughter Misha.
