According to the details, chief justice Aamir Farooq and justice Mian Gil Hassan heard the case.


Islamabad: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has issued notices to National Accountability Bureau (NAB) on the plea of Pakistan-Tehreek-Insaf’s (PTI) founder Imran Khan against the imprisonment in Toshakhana case.
According to the details, chief justice Aamir Farooq and justice Mian Gil Hassan heard the case.
Barrister Ali Zafar stated that there are so many ridiculous things happened in the trial.
Chief justice Aamir Farooq said that to Ali Zafar that point out those things when you will start giving the arguments.
The court also issued a notice to NAB on Bushra Bibi’s plea in Toshakhana case. Imran Khan has also summoned for cancelation the imprisonment in both cases on Thursday.
