Court withdraws show cause notice amid DC’s absence
According to the details, justice Babar Sattar has approved the plea to withdraw the second show cause notice.
Islamabad: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has withdrawn the second show cause notice amid Deputy Commissioner’s (DC) absence from the court.
According to the details, justice Babar Sattar has approved the plea to withdraw the second show cause notice. The court dismissed the plea of DC regarding exemption from attendance on March 1.
Justice Babar stated that the court has reserved the verdict which will be declared on March 1. The accused should be in the court on the day of verdict. The exemption’s plea has canceled.
He said that two to three days are left and after that wherever the DC wanted to go he can for sure.
The DC Islamabad appeared in the court with his lawyer. The contempt of court case filed against DC Islamabad, the verdict will be given on March 1.
It should be noted that DC Islamabad wanted to go for Umrah that was why he pleaded from the court.
