Representative of people elected with mandate of people, says Gohar
He added that it is in the heart of the people that the real leader of the country is PTI founders Imran Khan.
Islamabad: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI)-backed Sunni Ittehad Council (SIC) member of National Assembly Barrister Gohar Ali Khan Thursday said that one can become a representative of the people only when there is a mandate from the people.
While expressing his opinion in the first session of the National Assembly, he stated that the election of the Speaker takes place when the Assembly is complete. According to the public mandate, our number is 186 members.
Barrister Gohar addressed Raja Pervaiz Ashraf: “Mr. Speaker! Strangers are sitting in this House on your left, we were stopped, people sent us to the House, protesting against the disapproval of slavery”.
He added that it is in the heart of the people that the real leader of the country is PTI founders Imran Khan. No one can enter this House except with a public mandate.
