It is reported that even before the election of the Leader of the House, Shehbaz Sharif has been provided with the security of the Prime Minister.


Islamabad: The security of Prime Minister has been provided to Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) President Shehbaz Sharif—candidate for Prime Minister— even before the election of Leader of the House.
In today's meeting of the National Assembly, the new Leader of the House and the new Prime Minister of the country will be elected, for which the members of the National Assembly are coming to the Parliament House.
Shehbaz Sharif is the candidate of PML-N, Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) and allied parties who have the support of 200 candidates while his opponent is Umar Ayub Khan of Sunni Ittehad Council (SIC) who has the support of 91 members. Notably, the support of 169 members is mandatory to be elected the Leader of the House.
The former Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, Umar Ayub, Asad Qaiser, Khurshid Shah, Khawaja Asif, Nawaz Sharif, Hamza Shehbaz and other members have reached the Parliament House to participate in the National Assembly session.
It is reported that even before the election of the Leader of the House, Shehbaz Sharif has been provided with the security of the Prime Minister.
Media reports also suggest that Shehbaz reached the Parliament House under full security, where he organized a breakfast in honor of the members of the coalition parties and also addressed them.
