Ruling allied party gets two-third majority in national assembly
It should be noted that two-third majority in national assembly is made up of 224 members.
Lahore: The ruling allied parties have got two-third majority in national assembly. The collective number of ruling allied members in national assembly is 230.
According to the details, Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) got 123, Pakistan Peoples party (PPP) got 73, Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) got 22, Pakistan Muslim League-Q (PML-Q) got 5 and Istehkam Pakistan Party (IPP) got 4 seats in national assembly.
However, Muslim League Zia (ML-Z) got 1, Balochistan Awami party (BAP) got 1 and National party (NP) also got 1 seat in national assembly.
It should be noted that two-third majority in national assembly is made up of 224 members.
