Lahore: Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has called for a comprehensive plan for the Punjab Educational Endowment Fund (PEEF) Scholarship.
A high-level meeting was held in Lahore under the chairmanship of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz in which higher education scholarship and iPad scheme were reviewed.
During the meeting, the Chief Minister of Punjab expressed her displeasure at the incomplete briefing of PEEF and asked for a comprehensive plan for Scholarship.
Maryam Nawaz directed to review and compile the scholarship scheme.
Chief Minister Punjab Maryam also ordered to conduct a student survey for iPad and laptop scheme.
On this occasion, Maryam Nawaz said that after determining the need of the students, they will decide to distribute iPads and laptops. In the laptop and iPad scheme, students' field support is very important, the education department is not aimless and directionless. Higher education and other institutions will be developed on modern lines.
