Accountability court seeks arguments against Raza Pervaiz
The court postponed the hearing till April 29.
Islamabad: The accountability court has sought arguments against former speaker national assembly Raza Pervaiz Ashraf in rental power project reference on April 29.
According to the details, Raja Pervaiz’s lawyer Arshad Tabraiz appeared in the accountability court.
Prosecutor Raja Manzoor stated that one reference has still got no charge frame while in one reference a charge frame has been done. The case has come to the proofs. Four witnesses’ statements have been recorded in this case.
However, the court ordered to call the witnesses till next hearing and the trial should be started under those recorded statements of the witnesses.
The court postponed the hearing till April 29.
