The court sought response from supervenient Adiala jail of the show cause notice by March 11.
Islamabad: The district and session court has issued detailed show cause notice to supervenient Adiala jail due to not marking the attendance of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) founder Imran Khan.
According to the details, additional session judge Tahir Abbas Sipra issued detailed order of the show cause notice.
The court stated that the order had been given to supervenient Adiala jail to mark the video link attendance of Imran Khan and court also had written letter to supervenient regarding this matter.
Session court said that the supervenient Adiala jail had failed to arrange the attendance of Imran Khan that is why he has been given a show cause notice amid this.
Judge Tahir asked that why the court started the contempt of court case against supervenient Adiala jail.
