Lahore: Inspector General (IG) Punjab Usman Anwar has ordered to increase the province’s security including Punjab assembly.
According to the details, Usman Anwar was talking to the media regarding the security matters for the presidential elections.
IG Punjab stated that security arrangements will be ensured on the occasion of polling for the presidential elections so that the members of the assembly can exercise their right to vote in a peaceful and safe environment.
Usman Anwar further said that no one should be allowed to take the law into one’s hands if such kind of thing would have happened then the police will take legal action against the miscreants.
