IHC to hear plea of Shah Mehmood, Imran Khan in cipher case
Chief justice Aamir Farooq and justice Mian Gil Hassan Aurangzeb will hear the plea.
Islamabad: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) will hear the plea today (Monday) against the verdict in cipher case of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) founder Imran Khan and leader Shah Mehmood Qureshi.
According to the details, chief justice Aamir Farooq and justice Mian Gil Hassan Aurangzeb will hear the plea.
It should be noted that PTI’s lawyer Salman Safdar had started arguments on previous hearing. Barrister Salman Safdar will continue the arguments today (Monday).
However, Imran Khan and Shah Mehmood Qureshi filed a plea against the imprisonment in cipher case.
