The court remarked that there is no obstacle for the petitioner to go abroad.

Islamabad: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) Tuesday allowed former federal minister Fawad Chaudhary's wife Hiba Fawad to go abroad.
Islamabad High Court judge Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani heard the request of Fawad Chaudhary's wife to remove her name from the no-fly list.
During the hearing, the Assistant Attorney General told the court that the petitioner's name is not included in the no-fly list, on which the court allowed Hiba to go abroad.
The court remarked that there is no obstacle for the petitioner to go abroad. The petitioner should give an affidavit on her return that she did not face any problem while travelling out of country.
Later, the court adjourned the further hearing indefinitely on the request to remove Hiba Fawad's name from the no-fly list.
