Peshawar: The Peshawar High Court (PHC) has approved Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) senator Shibli Faraz transit bail.
According to the details, chief justice Muhammad Ibrahim Khan heard the plea. The court ordered to Shibli Faraz to appear in next 20 days in the relevant courts.
The applicant’s lawyer stated that in different cities more than 20 kinds of cases have been filed against Shibli Faraz.
He said that the applicant wanted to appear in the court but there is a concern regarding his arrest.
However, the court approved PTI's senator Shibli Faraz's transit bail.
