Challan’s incomplete copy has been provided to the applicant.
Lahore: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) leader Yasmin Rashid has challenged the step of not providing the clear challan copies in May 9 case in court.
According to the details, the petition has been filed in high court by Yasmin Rashid in which including investigation officer and others have been made sponsors in this case.
PTI’s leader stated that the trail court has discard the plea of providing the clear copies of challan. Witnesses names’ list has not been attached with the challan. Challan’s incomplete copy has been provided to the applicant.
She said that the step of not providing the clear challan copies is against the violation of basic rights. The court ordered to provide clear challan copies in terrorism case.
On the other hand, the court postponed the hearing on the plea of Yasmin Rashid’s bail amid the case to burn Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz’s (PML-N) office till March 19.
