However, the court approved the plea and withdraw his name from ECL.


Peshawar: The Peshawar High Court (PHC) has ordered to withdraw former federal religious minister Noor-ul-Haq Qadri’s name from Exit Control List (ECL).
According to the details, justice Sahibzada Asad Ullah and justice Waqar Ahmed heard the case. The applicant’s lawyer Sikandar Hayat Shah appeared in the court.
Lawyer Sikandar stated that Noor-ul-Haq’s name has been included in ECL and he is going to Saudi Arab, his flight is today (Thursday) on 6pm amid having an invitation from Saudi government.
He said that due to his name in ECL he cannot go to Saudi Arab so it is pleaded from the court to withdraw his name from ECL.
However, the court approved the plea and withdraw his name from ECL.
