The other five case are canceled against Imran Riaz.
Lahore: The Lahore High Court (LHC) has disposed of the journalist Imran Riaz’s plea against cases.
According to the details, the filed cases’ records has been presented to LHC against Imran Riaz. Imran’s plea heard in LHC for providing the details of filed cases.
On the court’s order Federal Investigation Agency’s (FIA) deputy attorney general Tariq Bashir and Inspector General (IG) Punjab presented the details of cases against Imran Riaz in court.
Official lawyer stated that the cases which are filed against Imran Riaz included one in cyber-crime Lahore, one in police station city Sangla hill Nankana Sahib, two in police station city Attock and police station Saddar Chakwal.
The other five case are canceled against Imran Riaz. Imran Riaz’s lawyer Salma Riaz appeared in court.
Salma Riaz asked court to summon the report from federal interior minister. On which the court said that all record has been presented against Imran Riaz.
However, the court disposed of Imran Riaz’s plea in the light of presented data.
