Court summons report regarding red notices of Moonis Elahi
However, the court adjourned the hearing till April 18.
Lahore: The court has summoned report regarding red notices from inter-pool police of former federal minister Moonis Elahi on next hearing.
According to the details, judge Tanvir Ahmed Sheikh issued a written decree of Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) money laundering case against Moonis Elahi.
Court stated that FIA presented the report on freezing the properties of Moonis Elahi. In that report property, a showroom of cars and some shares in company has been seized.
The court directed the jail superintendent to sign the nomination papers from Pervaiz Elahi for by-elections.
However, the court adjourned the hearing till April 18.
