Court postpones hearing on plea against Khawar Manika
It is pleaded from the court to withdraw the first initiative report of this case.
Lahore: The hearing of the first initiative report of the land grabbing case against Bushra Bibi’s ex-husband Khawar Manika could not be heard in Lahore High Court (LHC).
According to the details, justice Ali Baqir Najfi was on a leave that is why the hearing has been postponed.
It is stated in the plea that anti-corruption had filed a case of land acquisition of a graveyard on Khawar Manika and in this case the bail has been given to him.
However, the anti-corruption still has that case as registered. It is pleaded from the court that court withdraw the first initiative report of this case.
