Islamabad: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) Monday disposed of the petition filed by Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ali Amin Gandapur to meet Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan over withdrawal.
According to the details, Islamabad High Court Chief Justice Aamer Farooq heard the petiton of Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
During the hearing, the assistant of Ali Amin Gandapur's lawyer Zahoor-ul-Hasan requested to withdraw the application saying that they had filed a request for a meeting however the meeting was conducted.
The assistant lawyer stated that after the meeting, they withdraw the application. The court accepted the request to withdraw the application and disposed it off.
