Lahore: The administrative session of Punjab government presided by Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz’s (PML-N) supremo Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif has challenged in the Lahore High Court (LHC).
According to the details, the plea against the administrative session chaired by Nawaz Sharif was filed in LHC on behalf of Advocate Nadeem Sarwar.
Applicant stated that Nawaz Sharif is neither a minister nor a chief minister. He does not have any administrative post so he cannot preside over any session at the administrative level.
He pleaded in the petition that the court should issue an order to prevent Nawaz Sharif from presiding over the session at the administrative level.
