The court issued the notice to National Accountability Bureau (NAB) and postponed the case till April 22.


Islamabad: A plea has been filed of presidential immunity of President Asif Ali Zardari against Thatta water supply reference in accountability court Islamabad.
According to the details, judge Nasir Javed Rana heard the case. Lawyer Arshad Tabraiz appeared in the court from Asif Zardari’s side.
President’s lawyer Arshad stated that Asif Zardari got the presidential immunity. The proceeding cannot be further processed against Asif Zardari.
The court issued the notice to National Accountability Bureau (NAB) and postponed the case till April 22.
It should be noted that the accusers of Thatta water supply reference are included former secretary Ejaz Ahmed Khan, Ali Akbar, Ejaz Memon, Ali Akbar Abro and others.
