Malik Ahmad Khan Bhachar stated that if speaker will not forward the reference then the party will approach to judiciary.


Lahore: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has decided to act against those members who switched loyalties.
According to the details, PTI announced to file reference against more than 20 members of national and provincial assembly. These references will be sent to the relevant assembly’s speakers.
Nominated opposition leader Malik Ahmad Khan Bhachar stated that if speaker will not forward the reference then the party will approach to judiciary.
He said that the inquiry has been started and PTI will unveil the ones who switched loyalties. Those who switched loyalties cannot be eligible to contain assembly membership according to the article of 62 and 63 of the constitution.
