Lahore: Chairman Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Mohsin Naqvi called for a plan to increase the resources of the board.
In the meeting with the directors in Lahore, Chairman PCB Mohsin Naqvi was briefed by all the directors about the performance of their departments and related issues. During the meeting, the director Human Resources (HR) presented a report about PCB structure and employees.
Mohsin Naqvi emphasized on the effectiveness of all sectors in the meeting and asked for a plan to increase the resources of the board.
Chairman PCB said that a workable plan for revenue generation of PCB should be prepared. The National Cricket Academy should be improved so that the players have more facilities, a comprehensive strategy should be set up at all levels for the promotion of cricket and all efforts should be made to make PCB a leading organization.
Mohsin Naqvi tasked the B-Directors Marketing, Estate and Commercial to prepare a revenue generation plan, while suggestions were also made to make Pakistan Super League (PSL) more interesting and to start the league for women cricketers as well.
Chairman PCB assured to resolve the board's issues soon.
