GCU assistant professor suspended amid harassing student
Doctor Mehboob can only come to GCU regarding his case till the incident’s inquiry has been completed.
Lahore: Government college university Lahore (GCU) assistant professor Doctor Mehboob has suspended till the incident’s inquiry has come amid the matter of allegedly harassing a student.
According to the details, vice chancellor of GCU issued a notification regarding that matter.
Vice chancellor Doctor Ahmed Adnan stated that Doctor Mehboob can only come to GCU regarding his case till the incident’s inquiry has been completed.
The university’s officials have barred to the faculty and director of the English department including all the staff to give any statement regarding this incident.
Vice chancellor said that he is worried on the incident which happened on March 19 in the English department and affirmed that the harassment will not be tolerated in any case.
