Islamabad: Election commission of Pakistan (ECP) has reserved verdict on plea of not taking oath from newly elected members assembly in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa assembly.
According to the details, a five-member commission headed by chief election commissioner heard the plea regarding this matter.
During the hearing, the Director general Law stated that election commission can issue directions regarding oath.
He said that if speaker delayed to call of the assembly session then election commission can interfere in it.
