IHC directs district administration to allow PTI rally in Islamabad

Islamabad: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) Wednesday directed the district administration to allow Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) to hold a rally in Islamabad.

According to the details, Chief Justice Aamer Farooq of IHC heard the appeal of PTI to allow the rally during which he directed the administration to make the conditions imposed, but no one's right to rally can be taken away. Everyone conducted the rallies, you can decide the rules and conditions.

PTI lawyer Sher Afzal Marwat told the court that they now want to hold a meeting on April 6 in Islamabad and are ready to abide by all kinds of conditions.

The Standing Counsel told the court that due to security concerns, they were not granted the permission for rally as earlier they violated the rules. The Chief Justice remarked that impose the conditions that are normal there is no harm in that.
