Lahore: Anti-Terrorism court (ATC) has approved bail plea of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) leaders Aliya Hamza Malik and Sanam Javed in attack of Shadman station case on May 9.
According to the details, judge Arshad Javed heard the bail pleas of both the PTI leaders in ATC. The nine cases were heard in court.
During the hearing, prosecutor stated that the women are a part of conspiracy against state in May 9 incidents. So, it is pleaded from the court to cancel the order of women accusers’ bails.
Later then, the court approved the bail pleas of both PTI leaders.
